Resilience can be defined as one’s ability to bounce forward. It is about learning, growing, and thriving in work and in life. The Aruba Getaway consists of the Multimodal Stress Resilience Training (MSRT). This is a self-management training with an educational purpose; An experiential training with the aim of building resilience, and improving the quality of work-life, as well as functional health.
The Multimodal Stress Resilience Training contains the following elements:
* Stress management
* Cognitive behavioural training
* Positive psychology
* Mindful awareness
* Interpersonal neurobiology
* Occupational Medicine
* Breath and Relaxation Therapy (AOT)
* Self-regulation techniques
With the skills you will learn through the exercises and training, as well as the downtime you will enjoy in one of the most beautiful places on earth, this will be the Getaway of a lifetime! Your days will start with a relaxation training consisting of Tai Chi exercises and a mindful walk on the beautiful, quiet beach or the beach pavilion. Afterwards, you will enjoy a healthy breakfast and smoothie at the hotel, followed by workshops by the trainer, group interaction, and relaxation exercises. All days are scheduled in a way that leave ample time for you to enjoy the island at your own discretion. All participants will receive the syllabus “Stress Resilience” by Henry Does, M.D., FAIS. The training will be concluded with the handing out of the Stress Resilience Certificate.
